I see one big flaw in this system. If topic  to be spam and was deleted, the points remain intact. I think that this is wrong. Points must also be taken away when deleting topic or message.

Some use it. Will do a lot of topics, and then they delete themselves. In the end, get a lot of points.

On distribution that is easy to detect;
i also have access to deleted content which allows me to flag unusual activity
but, yes you have a point

Again check everyone in manual mode. At all time is not enough. It would be more correct if the points were automatically subtracted when deleting  topic.

 Nice observation. I'm sure those concerned will look into. A new system always has some flaws and with time, I guess all these will be perfected
