He's an ambassador, works a lot behind the scenes, not so active on the surface. If you wonder why there's twice as many teleported agency members promoting bounties on here, he's the reason why. I can't say much more than that, I've probably already said too much

Did you talk to admin about it? Special memberships don't magically appear I'm afraid, you have to request them.

You should PM him, find out. He does a lot more than you or I know about that's for sure

I haven't voted yet as I was confused if you, who has a guaranteed spot based on your discussion with admin in another thread, is still up for voting.

I also remember admin saying moderators aren't qualified for a Senatorial role.
