I have a stupid habit of selling my tokens with prospect more than those with out future. i have sold off tokens that i am suppose to hold but HOLD those i am suppose to sell off. for over two years i have been making terrible decision on what to hold and what to sell. i think i still need to learn what crypto is and how the ecosystem is. for me it is difficult to identify scam token and quality project. projects. guys how and what is your criteria for picking token to keep.

Not just you Mate, most of bounty aligned people have done that for years that's why if the project's token price was dumped the blame was pointed out to the bounty hunters I have a lot of potential bounty payment tokens that have gone wasted too, and just sold for peanuts but after the years was pass it was worth thousands of dollars already just imagine if I was holding those tokens till now Im already a rich bounty freelancer.

This option of holding tokens does not always work. I have more than one coin left that I did not sell on time in the hope of long-term retention. And that was my big mistake. Now, these coins are not worth a dime. In the end, I lost a lot. So long-term retention is not a guarantee of correct behavior.

Everything is very simple, if there is a need to solve your financial problems here and now, then the prospects of the project are not important. You just need to sell tokens and solve your problems. If there is no such need, then of course all HYIP tokens should be sold immediately. leave, but not more than a year.

I am sure we can all relate to this sad story because this might have happened to almost all people who are into cryptocurrency. It also happened to me, I have sold my reward tokens from bounty campaign at low price after tokens distribution.
Ferrum and Cartesi.
But I think many members here in also do the same like us.
So , we should be patient and always learn from the mistakes.

Yes I sold my hold coins in market up to more and more profits give us right coins

When I need money for an urgent situation, i sell there coin. but still with the percentage of profit I expect.
For coins that are held as long-term investments, I will choose coins with a market cap of more than $10,000,000 usd (this is for new coins) then do an analysis of each coin held, there you can see the potential of the coins from the products they have, hold on good for the long term, but if we can trade at a high price and buy again at a low price, take the opportunity when it comes buddy.

This happen to me. Sold some of the tokens in high position but the price continued to increase. I'd expected the price to decline but unluckily not. When I saw the price pump more than I expected, I really regret with small amount of thankfulness. I dream for lambo but I sold those tokens that currently mooning. If I were you, I would try to go back and learn from my mistakes - write down what tokens I invested in, what were the attributes of them and which were winners, which were losers. Try to find what you could have done differently. Maybe you could have paid more attention to news and market sentiment (I don't know if that's the case, this is just an example). Also it could be worth setting a plan whenever you invest in a token, for example setting price targets where you can cut your losses short or take profit.

People sell valuable project at wrong time because some need it so urgently and cannot wait for the future, some because they don't know the viability of the coin, some coin keep dumping and never rises until it is useless i.e Invizion, this causes regrets, you will wish you had sold it earlier, some project manager also determine a futuristic project.anyone who doesn't have other sources of income are mostly found in this act because they withdraw directly to meet needs. During the bear market, it was so long the many could not endure than to sell out the reasonable token and ignoring the future.

This also happens to me, this cannot be overcome, perhaps such skills as holding for a long time will come with experience, but as long as there is a high volatility of the coin, hands itch to sell it or to consolidate profit, it rather all depends on the nature or on the skills of everything nevertheless, but I am not so assiduous in fact.

You are not alone I experienced that so many times one of my worse was not waiting for a week before selling I missed the pump by only a week, and I did not believe on Dogecoin going to have a huge pump, the only way you can keep selling at the wrong time and hodling the wrong coin is to keep updated and read reviews coming from trusted investors.

There is nothing to regret, because in Cryptocurrency anything can happen.  The price of the token pumps high after being sold, or vice versa, a large dump after being bought is normal.  If asked what criteria to choose when holding tokens, then my answer is top-ranked coins, I think it's safer than choosing a new token that is uncertain.

We must be patient and always monitor the chart every day.
I also ever sold my coins , then two Months again pump 5x, It's annoying.
After that, I always be careful to sold my coins and learn the team project improvement, always follow their social media to know what will happen.
