I think yes because the country I'm in is one of these. There are some banks here that have entered the digital banking industry where they are open to cryptocurrency. And even our BSP (Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas) here has approved these digital banks because they have provided everything that is required by our government agency here. And this is a piece of good news for us crypto enthusiasts.

States and their banks will not massively use decentralized cryptocurrencies. For them, this is unacceptable.
