1. I haven't invested in DEX token though, so no profits for me.

2. Hmm, hard to say, if the hype has gone, then there will be no comeback whatsoever. There could be some entities though that might resurrect it, but that could be a big risk and obviously, it's going to be for pure profit and not really to support the project itself.

2. No. It's over, like the ICO, DeFi is slowly going down in history. Of course, this does not mean that some will not be successful. But never again do some have a high upward trend.

1. Yes. Pancakeswap like you said lost 98% of its value after the bull run, and I'm one of the investors who lost money investing in it. I moved on from it already, but I still remember that I bought it for $32 a piece, and I think because of a lack of trust in the project, I sold it for $2. I know, I know it's a huge loss, but as investors, our journey will not be exciting if we do not encounter those losses. What's important now is that I learned from that mistake, and I hope that those who made mistakes in the past will learn from them as well.

2. Those DEXes that are in the top 100 might stay in the top 100, or we might see some going below the top 100. Token's trend will return? What I only know is that tokens like UNI, AAVE, COMP, RUNE, etc. will increase in price, but there's a chance that they might not even surpass their previous 2021 ATH. Well, it happened also in 2021, and it might happen again this time.

3. I might be on UNI just for this bull run. I mean I just want to ride the hype, but I don't see them holding for the long-term (like 2-4 years).

The UniSwap tokenomics update brings an additional source of income for loyal UNI holders, while also creating real demand for UNI. Previously, UNI was only used for governance, an issue that was not really of interest to investors, while UNI was constantly being created to reward liquidity providers for the protocol.

I think this is just good news to help DEX tokens return to the capitalization race, not to let DEXs be left behind when the market is paying attention to LSD and LRD.

So far, no, and not yet. I am only investing in certain native token/coin of CEX.
And so far, for BNB, of course it has started to make a profit, but there is still no TP, because there are still many reasons for holding. Meanwhile, other clinics vary, but as long as they are still holding, it means there are no losses. Only, it is a CEX coin/token, not a DEX

Possible, indeed. Many people are still using DEX. so this doesn't stop it to continue and grow. But stay, be careful.

Any idea which is more potential?

With the UniSwap tokenomics update and the possibility that other DEXs will soon follow suit, UNI and DEXs tokens will become more attractive because they bring more revenue to holders. This has been effectively applied with CEXs tokens: BNB can help traders reduce trading fees on Binance, receive free tokens from launchpool projects... I hope UNI will not disappoint investors.

I do not dare to suggest any tokens because it can be seen as investment advice, you should research some potential tokens in the market yourself, DEXs tokens are just a small part!

I personally still really hope that the coins from DEX can still survive and even compete with the others. In the current era, DEX coins are growing really fast. UNI and CKE are the most popular DEX tokens in the Ethereum and BNB chain ecosystems. I think they are really worth investing in because UniSwap and PancakeSwap will continue to exist and develop strongly in this uptrend. I also find DEXs in the Layer-2 ecosystem very attractive because it seems like Layer-2 & DeFi will be the biggest trends this year.

Maybe, but it has to be a good one, a really good one. I do not really separate tokens/coins in "is this dex or not", or "is this token or coin" or any other method, I do not look at that. When I look at a project that I want to invest into, I look if it is good or if it is a potential risk. If it is good, then it doesn't matter what it is, it could be a dex project and I would still be interested in it. This doesn't mean that I will invest in all of them, I need to see how well it does and for that to mean something I need to see it make some money. This is why its hard for me to accept a new investment, but it also doesn't mean I won't.

2. Yes, mainly due to price rise of many coin/token and some DEX support coin which banned from CEX (primarily privacy coins).
3. Probably not, i'd rather focus on cryptocurrency (which have it's own network).

I think i will agree in all your answers here because why should I need to invest in pure speculative when there are great legit cryptocurrency that will give me safe investments?

Yes I was eligible on Uniswap airdrop and I believed in its future potential so I added more Uniswap tokens it's one of the best decisions I made investing in a DEX token

There's a huge possibility that it will make a comeback I've seen a lot of my friends doing testnet on DEX and some of these DEX that's doing testnet turn out to be profitable investments.

I invested in DEX token but my investment was short term. I hired B to buy Pancake Swap Tokens where I sold my investment when I made a small profit. After that I no longer invest in DEX tokens.

I didn't get hurt by investing in DEX Token I profited by investing in DEX Token.

I can't say whether DEX will return to its trend in 2024 and 2025 but I think it will be fairly well positioned when the market bull season starts. Since this season is the season of Bitcoin pumping, nothing can be considered from this season as there has not been much altcoin growth this season.

I don't want to invest in any token of dex right now and if I invest in DEX token I will invest in these two tokens Pancake swap, Uniswap.

I support what you're saying, dude; it's true. I'm also using Raydium at the moment, but before, I never used Dex. I only got interested when I noticed that most of the hot trends so far in the market are pure under the Sol network.

So, I did some research, and I discovered that there are many Sols under its network that really have potential, so I initiated myself to buy Sols on Raydium, and most of what I found were meme coins that could provide a beautiful profit in the future.

For me though, I think Dex tokens are only profitable after when the Dex itself have become successful, the likes of uniswap, pancakeswap and a very few others are a clear example..
But then, in general, hype around dex tokens are not that much except, like i said before, when the dex itself have become super successful.

I will actually invest in dex tokens, but not all dex tokens, but a very selected few, right now, the only dex token I've invested in is Chainge (XCHNG) token, chainge is one Dex I believe have a very high chances of becoming extremely big and succeeding between this year and 2025, and with the coming bull season, XCHNG will definitely grow into a multi-billion dollar market cap coin from its current (around) $81 million dollar market cap.
So, XCHNG is the only Dex token I've invested in at the moment, will also look for good and prospective ones to invest in as well in the future.

        -   If only I would use DEX, not Pancakeswap and Uniswap, because the fee there is too high, according to my experience with them, which is not good. Maybe in other dex protocols it's possible, like the one under the Solana blockchain, like Raydium and Jup, and in polygon it's quickswap, and in others it's biswap, but in other dex protocols I haven't tried it yet.

But right now I'm trying Raydium, and so far what I'm experiencing is fine, but of course do it at your own risk as a holder or trader. Because this should be the one who is really prepared for things that can happen, right?
