This form of business is like a domant partnership businesses but a typical of financial grant.
Now, one great advantage of angel investing, is that there are no repayment or interest payments to an angel investor.
One disadvantages is that it may take longer to find an angel investor.
As for venture capital, one advantage is that they are part of decision making with the company receiving venture capital. They are experienced and are expats.
And one disadvantages is that the investors are the new owner of the company . There is loss of control by the owners.
