Why Do You Choose To Hold

I understand that the market is not favourable to any cryptocurrency now and the market is assumed to recover soon, but funny enough no one know how soon it will, now I want ask why do you choose to hold?

i prefer holding too long enough to make great profits than make hasty decisions and sell off cheap. its been long yes,but definitely its going to be very good

I didn't have any idea about stock markets and exchanges. I was naive and was only reading twitter influencers posts. Most of them advised people to hold and I just did what they said. I deserved this loss, I was really immature...

The reason why I choose hold becausd the price is unpredictable.  I see the market is recovering now.

I don't hold all my investments, some are needed to sell for Fiat. I just hold my best coins like bitcoin and ethereum. Although I sometimes trade these coins also for another coins. I apply both Hold and Sell this time.

1) I don't have enough time to be a day-trader (and it's too stressful for me, I did in the past)
2) I have a long term view for my investment in crypto so I look after 3-5 years.

Sometimes you hold willingly and some time you are force to hold no matter what. You can afford to buy a token worth $1000 and sell it for maybe between the range of $100 to $500 which is a great loss. You hold unto it so that the market will recover soon

I think holding is also a better way to benefit from high selling prices, so I won't lose profits with high selling prices
