I prefer Neo to waves. The tokens on Neo are strong coins take for example Ontology because Neo is a strong coin. Waves on the other hand is good too but not as strong as Neo. All the tokens I have on my waves platform are not even moving.

NEO is more centralized crypto as 2 men take most of the decisions. Nevertheless, it has a better future. In 2020, after the launch of NEO 3.0, everything will be changed for the better.
