After Binance, it was OKX after CBN denied having plan to illegalize bitcoin and other crypto naira P2P trading. But we have guessed where they are going after telling the fintech not to allow crypto transactions but which is just not possible. You can see what the government are planning. They want to ban crypto P2P trading in Nigeria.

https://punchng.com/just-in-fg-to-delist-naira-from-p2p-platforms/

They want us to trade crypto in a way that will not favour. I think decentralized exchanges will be better.

TBH I'm tired of this country. Fighting people that aren't fighting them. Is so sad seeing Nigeria government burning the source of income that most young people engage to earn a living after they fail to create jobs for the youth.
Is very sad. Anyways i guess the only platform we are left with is Bitget. I just hope they dont find.

Hey guys, I was just thinking abt this whole AI x Metaverse concept n wanted to get your thoughts.

So here's what's been on my mind lately, with more and more projects starting to build AI capabilities in2 their metaverse platforms, do you think this fusion could end up being the "next big thing"?

Some people are already saying AI is going to be hugely disruptive on its own. But if you layer advanced AI systems into immersive virtual worlds and experiences, who knows how game-changing that could be?

Anyways, i saw this one project that's developing intelligent AI avatars n virtual assistants 4 the metaverse. Imagine having a smart AI companion that can understand you, learn your preferences, nd guide you thru these boundless digital realms.

What's your take on all this, fam? Do you envision the AI x Metaverse fusion catalyzing the next big boom in crypto and tech? Or am I just getting ahead of myself here?

Crypto gaming (GameFi) / Re: Thoughts on Notcoin hype so far.

Hmm. It's just now that I have heard of it but it's interesting if it's about being mined in Telegram. I don't know how much it impacts the market with that. I do hope that I have gotten early on it as well but it's just what happens in life.

It's not listed on Coingecko yet but maybe we can try to get around it or something? But I know it's a meme coin right?

I don’t think its a memecoin. It’s a token under the ton ecosystem

Crypto gaming (GameFi) / Thoughts on Notcoin hype so far.
« on: May 10, 2024, 06:27:25 PM »
So, a couple of months back, someone on Reddit was hyping up Notcoin. They were really optimistic about it. But some users in that subreddit were dismissive, saying it wouldn't go anywhere. Now, everywhere you look, people are talking about Notcoin. I ignored it because I thought it was a waste of time, especially with the declining popularity of airdrops. But now, It's even getting listed on major platforms like Binance, Bitget and others.. Also, trading at 0.005 on AEVO pre-market. I'm angry at myself for listening to those who said it wouldn't succeed.

But let’s be real, Mining by tapping a coin from a Telegram Mini App was so unique and interesting to experiment. I think Telegram is doing a great job giving its platform to use with TON, so much potential. So, what are your thoughts on this cryptocurrency? Also, I've noticed a surge in the Ton ecosystem. Could it be because of this cryptocurrency's launch? What's your take on all of this?

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Are you buying now?

I am not afraid of buying the dip lol. Just waiting for my paycheck but not to buy the dip but to invest in other coins. I haven’t done any research on what to buy yet.

Well I use 3 of the exchanges from your list. I'll say Bitget currently has my trust. Impressed by their well-rounded growth and their efforts to create a reliable, user-friendly platform. It'll be interesting to see how they build on this momentum in the coming quarters.

Crypto Exchanges / Re: Top derivative exchanges in terms of volume.
« on: April 14, 2024, 02:48:35 PM »
Derivatives are one of the cores of any exchange, I haven’t really used bitget before .. been using kucoin more since hotbit now … it’s been quite a ache for for me tbh  because of some imbalances. Trades are closing abruptly, SL not really active

I have been burned many times on KuCoin Futures lol… I got tired and opted for Bitget, I have to say, their derivatives are pretty solid compared to other exchanges I’ve tried. Ngl, their derivatives are currently among in the crypto space.

A lot is expected in that matter, and even more than what most people expect. And there are others who have already sold their bitcoin holdings. And these community investors are probably the ones whose assets were so stuck in the previous ATH in 2020 that they have no choice but to hold their holdings again.

And now that the previous ATH has been passed, they have sold their bitcoin. Of course, the profit they got is probably big, and they are satisfied, so that's not bad. At least the important thing is that they are profiting, right?

You recall how the last bull run began before it went wild? It would bounce off resistance levels a few times and then break through, just like what's happening now.

Then, out of nowhere, it would smash through all resistance and start soaring, with constant alerts like "Bitcoin is up 5% in the last hour."

Feeling optimistic. Reaching 100k before the halving might not be out of reach after all.

At the moment I have not sold but if the price continues to rise as it has done so far I will soon make the first sale, just as I will make a few sales when the price rises above $100,000. But it will be a few sales that will allow me to enjoy profits after the long bear market of this cycle. Most of it I will hold. And I will buy back into DCA in a year or so when the bear market starts again.
Yeah I am doing the same way $85k-$100k is my target price but this depends on some factors. I also have plans to just DCA and hodl until I will get 1 Bitcoin but yeah I don't know if it's that possible as I only have small amount of it on weekly basis like  $40.

Good job to everyone who managed to hold through the bear market. We all knew this day would come eventually. Feels good.

Etf approval.
Halving within the next month.
Inflation everywhere

"71 k out of nowhere?"

Where have you been? Lol
We are in a crazy bull run!

Just got a bunch of notifications and was expecting work related messages, but they were from CoinGecko/Bitget. That's way better. Grandpa just hits 73k. Might Hut 75k before the end of this week or what do you think?

Grandpa BTC doing the opposite of what most people think
"BUY" button was staring me right in the face when I woke up. Bitcoin cracked 70k overnight!

After decades of 10% yearly gains, the boomers that bought into the ETFs at 40k must be pumped. 60% in less than two months. And you know what that means - the halving is just around the corner. We're barely over a month away from the daily supply getting cut in half from 900 to 450 BTC. If these whales and ETF funds keep stacking sats like they have been, we're gonna see some wild volatility.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get a few 10k daily candles pretty soon with all this FOMO buying. Can you imagine the rush if BTC pumped 10k in a day? Especially now that regular folks can just buy into a Bitcoin ETF this cycle.

The halving hype is gonna be absolutely insane this time. We're in uncharted territory with all this institutional money piling in before the supply squeeze. Who could have predicted we'd be at these price levels already before the halving even kicks in? Just buckle up, because we're in for one hell of a ride!
