Maybe for mining, you have to do it in some places at the north or south poles where the surrounding conditions are already cold and don't require additional cooling.
Yeah, south pole would be the perfect place, full of infrastructure, cheap electricity, cold...You do realize there are people in the middle east mining at 30C, the majority of mining farms are in Texas which is way hotter than the north pole? You don't need freezing temperatures, actually anything below zero will damage your equipment!Also you're way overestimating cooling costs, so, neah, really bad advices you're giving here!
