Is Cardano capable of surpassing Ethereum?

Looking at the idea and technology behind Cardano, it is very obvious that Cardano can surpass Ethereum most especially in times like this when Ethereum has suffered a great downward movement in the past few months. One thing in crypto is that the success of a coin does not entirely depend on the idea, product or technology behind a coin. One of the strongest factors to consider when looking out for the success of a coin is how strong, powerful, healthy and supportive its community is.
Ethereum has got a strong, healthy and supportive community than Cardano, which will make it very difficult for Cardano to surpass it now on the market.

It's possible, but Cardano isn't a working product yet, and Ethereum has a large following and the first mover advantage. So it's possible that many projects will switch to Cardano unless Ethereum can get their scaling solutions in place.

As long as ethereum still be one of the most implemented blockchain , I think that is very difficult for cardano to surpass ethereum.

I think It is difficult mate, Ethereum is more popular now. It is smart contract platform. Many tokens integrate to ethereum.
