Paper Money vs. Digital Currency

Everything took a long time to introduce crypto to people, because several countries had not legalized cryptocurrency either. For example, recently India will make a regulation on the prohibition of cryptocurrencies.

@piqulhdt28 governments can make anything in their interest illegal, but they cannot prevent it from being done, this is how history has shown since its inception. When time passes and governments realize their mistake, they will do the opposite. They fear what they do not know and does not benefit the elites.

I think the only way we can make majority of the public to start using digital currency is by reaching them, although it seems a bit hard cause there are so many people who have been left behind in terms of technology wise more one of the disadvantage of digital currency which is you won't be able to send or receive money in your wallet without a good data connection, could be the reason people still prefer paper money.

Me too, I think at the coming future  I believe crypto currency will be legalized. Crypto currency is the future currency , It will replace fiat money at the coming future . Maybe several people said It is difficult. But Anything can happen

State can more easy to control digital currency, so paper money will be used less and less.  There are advantages here, but also here there are cons.

Due to the introduction of paper currency in my country.  People in my country believe in paper money.  They trade everything through paper money.  But those like me who believe in cryptocurrency are more interested in the introduction of digital currency.  However, in the future, at some point in time, the circulation of paper money will also increase in my country and the circulation of digital currency will increase.

their reason is because they are afraid that competition does not benefit the elites in the country, for example, banks in their country will find it difficult to compete if crypto is legalized in that country.

We don't know the future picture yet, but hopefully it can replace fiat money, it all depends on the government in a country. because all that makes regulations about crypto is the government.

Paper money is subject to inflation, so it is better to transfer it into more valuable assets, for example, cryptocurrency is a more valuable asset, it tends to rise in price. Therefore, I vote for cryptocurrency.

Yes, you're right, paper money is subject to inflation. But  I think the government will control the inflation.  Digital currency is unpredictable and high on volatility, I think government will not accept crypto currency to replace their fiat money. But If you want to get profit, you can invest in crypto.

I agree that the digital currency does not cease to be a fiat. The advantages of digital currency are full control of transactions by the state, and digital currency acts as an alternative to cryptocurrencies, but unlike cryptocurrency, it has full control over it.

Have been using paper money as long as I can remember and I don't blame the people for having so much trust in it and they fear digital money because of the scam stories they have heard about it, also not everyone has caught up with the technological world a more reason why people still use fiat over crypto, they don't understand what is a crypto wallet or how to operate it, all this are the major barriers holding crypto from mass adoption,if we can break this barrier then crypto will massively adopted even in the rural areas.

I have not heard about the introduction of cryptocurrency in rural areas, if it is not difficult to give a couple of examples. As for paper currency, many people are just more familiar, more convenient to use paper currency.

in some countries, people in rural areas do not even have ATMs or payment terminals because banks do not want to service remote systems. Perhaps cryptocurrencies and online payments using cryptocurrency would be a good way out, but for the countryside today, cryptocurrency is unavailable due to lack of knowledge.

In my opinion  digital money is more important than paper money in paper money there we can do corruption but in digital currency there is no chance of doing it digital currency is the future and we all should invest in it
