Why so much fear now in the crypto market?

There's an urgent fear rising in the cryptocurrency industry because of the crypto market are falling, people are been tensed because of the recent downtrending of Cryptocurrency market, how can we handle this fear?
Should we sell out our coins with fear because of the recent happening in the crypto currency market?

It depends on you. If you sell it, we respect that. If you continue to hold, we respect that as well. After all, it’s your money. Your decision, your risk, your responsibility.

To handle fear, you should have invested only an amount that you can afford losing. Also stop loss is really important if you really wanted to cut off your losses even further. As for me, as long I am in good profit I can either take profit immediately all of it or just simply withdraw only the profits and let my initial capital retain in my portfolio.

You can’t control the crypto market. Even during the Russian-Ukranian war, there are some days that BTC skyrocketed to as much as $45k before plunging again.

What everyone calls "bear market" I call opportunity. It is true that feelings can be deceiving and less experienced users can quickly lose patience, but this is the perfect time to accumulate the coins and tokens that we have investigated before. I personally believe that watching the market and waiting for a bull run is not healthy for our mental health. Building and moving forward with a bull or bear market is something that will always benefit us, because that's how we keep learning and researching.

The current position is bearish, so it's certain that all members in the cryptocurrency space are scared and that includes me on the altcoinstalks forum who prefers to save BUSD than I have to hold Altcoins.
Next time, maybe I'll be braver to hold more top coins that are ranked 10 in Coinmarketcap but now I'm more inclined to hold stable coins so that it doesn't destroy my portfolio.

I agree with you, but I don't think it will last for many years. Personally I think rather that it is an accumulation phase that will not last as long as the previous ones. Many things are happening in the world (mostly bad) that are leading the economies of many countries to make many changes and therefore their citizens as well, and that is where cryptocurrencies come into play. That is why every day more people start to use cryptos and invest.
