Yes, their is always a light at end of the tunnel,if we bear patient. I don't always expect the market to keep pumping without some dump at certain times and I know that this situation is a normal in any business.
As for bear markets, I think there is no sign of bear run based on certain TA/FA analysis from a reliable sources. The bull is still on track, though anything can happen in crypto as it . very difficult to predict the market accurately.

From the little experience am having and from my research at the beginning of this year we experienced a bull run which lasted for months and for the past 1 months now we have been experiencing a bear market I believe the bear market will still last for weeks or months but after the bear market out next step will be a bull run again
