After getting into an avalanche of bad publicity and regulatory storm, the brand Libra for this coin is already damaged and I agree that it is time to move on and make a new name. Still libra project , in processing i didn't think Facebook still having interest in this project . Alot of users already leave this project. This is really Pretty well if we see this project in live in market .
Let's wait till there isn't any update by Facebook team officially .

Many say that LIBRA will be a stable coin and that LIBRA cannot be a decentralized altcoins.
If this statement is true when Altcoins cannot be decentralized, there is a possibility that the altcoins can be stable and almost 90% owned by the #DevelopmentTeam .
