Ripple Labs is trying anew to force testimony from former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission director William Hinman, asking a judge to deny the the SEC’s request that he be excused from testifying in the “incredibly high-stakes, high-value” SEC v. Ripple lawsuit.
In a letter to U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn, who is overseeing discovery, Ripple’s defense attorneys wrote that the SEC failed to meet the “heavy burden” needed to stop Hinman’s deposition and that Hinman would provide “a critical window into the agency’s communications with important third parties about the regulatory status of cryptocurrencies.”

Ripple coin win the case i think because the price of this coin make a good high in the last months and the peoples will start to buy this coin again and they hold the coin and it touches almost the 1.90$ high and i hope it go more high in future.

This Ripple really likes to get bad news from the SEC and I am very sad to see it because the SEC is like a real threat to Ripple and for sure if there is a threat then the price of the coin will also be dumped.
I can't predict when this will end because I believe it will also take time for Ripple to release its grip on the bad news or FUD that the SEC provides.

Yes, I see XRP price is going up before dump.
But I see XRP is going strong again.
I dont think about SEC issue, hopefully its not big issue.
