Agree. Chances that Bitcoin will hit $100k are low, especially the word "soon" is incorrect. It wont happen soon. I think that we have entered a strong downtrend market mood. Not only Bitcoin has difficulties reaching ATH, but it cant reach such levels as 60k or 50k since fall start in November.

I am seeing a big possibility that there is a very good chance Bitcoin can be able to cross the $100K line this year...or if not then at least $90K which can be a big feat for the king of coins. I’m afraid that as of this time of posting, I think it’s impossible for BTC to reach $100k before the year ends. Yes we thought that it will happen because of the bullish pattern last time but it went the other way around. We still have a few days to go before 2021 ends, but let’s see if there’s gonna be a one last miracle to happen.

For me, there is no perfect season for BTC bull and bear run. Like what happened in December 2018, it even crossed below $3k before the last support level was strong until it rises back up again. We should always be ready for these circumstances, especially when we expect the unexpected like the price drop of BTC today.

I believe that this is like the most discussed topic about Bitcoin now by investors. Just commented on a similar topic earlier. I also believe that the $100k Bitcoin price is not attainable this year 2021 hopefully by 2022. the market is still in a correction and even if it corrects, $100k is stip.

Yeahhhh, most of us probably thought this back on the day you posted this on the 10 Nov 2021 when BTC price was @ its ATH of $69k+ but we have seen the market drop about 30% since then to where we are currently trading @49k+. I however don't believe that we might see a new ATH this yeah again and if the market is unable to break the 200EMA on a Daily chart, but if it does, there might be some good upward movement but I don't see a new ATH.

Yes it is a very popular currency. Its popularity is to at extent. As in some places people know crypto as bitcoin. I am sure it will cross $100K soon.

December has passed bro, I think Bitcoin didnt have potential to reach 100K $, Bitcoin seems struggled
Maybe at 2023 while bitcoin halving, we will see bitcoin price more 100K $

Bitcoin never gained momentum in price and all the optimistic forecasts on this matter did not come true. The new year, 2022, has come with a predominance of prices in the red color of the CoinMarketCap table. After a week of already new year, today we see again a further fall in prices in this market. Bitcoin price is now $ 43,075 and it looks like it is going down further. Accordingly, altcoins also fell significantly.
But the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and the situation can change for the better at any moment. However, taking into account the protracted current holidays, I think that the current decline will drag on for some time.

Bitcoin almost reached 70k before its current correction, so I do not entirely agree that there was no momentum, at the time at least. Obviously it is forming a correction at the moment, but that won't last forever.

so far from the data I got the price of bitcoin may reach the price of $100k when there is good news and when there is a halving or reduced reward for miners, it makes bitcoin harder to get and makes bitcoin price more expensive than it is now, usually every 4 once a year the price of bitcoin does increase in price.
