In comparison, last year they've won with 71 points, the year before with 77 points.
In conclusion - Bayern is not underperforming (at least so far), it's just the Leverkusen is that good.

Right now B04 is setting the bar really high. Bayern will probably be forced to invest in even better players next season and make changes to improve even more (and so will be Dortmund).
