I think so, the stagnant price shouldn't be a concern, since dogecoins increase in price relatively fast in reaction to good news, it's very easy to miss than jump.  I actually like when coins trade steady for a while before jumping up.

yes right every year doge coin always pump. In 2018 just only doge is pump. So doge is not bad to to make coin investment.
