Honestly, me choose say na we be witch to ourselves, I mean, we Nigerians dey contribute greatly to this forum, our posts and comments dey always make sense, but then, we no dey earn the positive Karma wey suppose follow, e come be like say to earn merit for bitcointalk come dey easier than to earn karma for this forum, even upon say karma na free, which means say, we no need to have positive Karma to give it, like we need to have smerit to give merit on btt.

I swear, my brother you just talk my mind, I no know why the karma no dey flow and the funniest part Na besay Na very free something e no be like BTT wey person need smerit first. I don make good posts but I no dey see karma dey add. I no know why dem dey stingy this thing, wey Na free we dey get am. Na true you talk because I believe say as time goes on wey this platform go dey  begin dey busy the admin fit change the pattern wey go make am dey very difficult to earn and as it stands now, signature campaign don dey come which means say the platform go begin dey busy and that go fit make them review the policy of this platform and e fit affect the karma system as well.

It is very possible that changes will happen in this forum sooner than we think and that this Karma thing that is being difficult for people to release will be made no longer free.

One reason why I think that some people find it difficult to give karma is because they are not yet used to the idea that it is free having teleported their account from Bitcointalk where you have to earn merits before they can have sendable merits to give out.

I nor really think say the admin get anything like that for mind - the main reason why dem create this forum that time nah because of say Bitcointalk nor too Dey friendly for newbies and those wey never earn too many activities to qualify for merits airdrop that time and so many people nor kon fit rank up - nai make dem bring this one come as an alternative and also more newbies friendly. So if them make karma earning like that of Bitcointalk them many people go just kukuma go back to Bitcointalk and try to rank up there since more better Dey there than this one.

I was thinking it is because the admin of this forum saw it as a potential means to make money from ads while good posters can also make money from signatures campaigns and other money making means on this forum. Just as Cantsay said this forum worked on improving on the limitations of other forums and at that karma is just free for each member regardless on their rank, but it not the same in other forums were you need to me a source before you can award karma/ merits.

But all the same Nigerian are always trying in terms of cashing up with things and taking advantage of any good development which is where all of you made a vital point on this topic and I am sure that in the coming month, we are going to be seeing top most karma members list including Nigerians, I am sure we have such in the sister forum were someone like Charles-Tim has good number of merits.
