И чётко спланировать, что для этого нужно. Возможно, мальчиков нужно отправлять не в армию, а в инженерное училище, учиться программированию и другим техническим дисциплинам.
Зато после этих инженерных училищ, они смогут стать главами роботизированных поместий.
То есть это должна быть концепция в которой должно быть всё продумано и хорошо организовано.

Первыми против будут власть имущие - причем не только в диктатурках и бензоколонках, а и в либеральных демократиях тоже, просто там это будет помягче и не так явно (на словах - всяко за, на деле - против), и противодействие будет осуществляться мягкими, но от этого не менее железобетонными косвенными методами, а не прямыми силовыми.

Да, в какой-то момент возможен продуктивный баланс роботизированных поместий и высокотехнологических центров разработки, в будущем, но для этого нужна политическая воля власть имущих менять социальный строй уже сейчас. Но этого не будет. Они не затем во власть рвались по костям претендентов.
