Title: EOS Sets A New Record With 87 Million Actions Run On Its Network
Post by: sirty143 on April 10, 2019, 01:43:00 AM
The EOS network is making news again, and this time, it’s about its great processing power. According to a tweet sent out by Daniel Larimer, EOS smart contracts have significantly increased to a whopping 70 million actions as logged by the system.

Daniel is the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) at Block.one which is the company behind the initial development of the EOS network. EOS is currently one of the largest and most effective platforms facilitating the development and deployment of dApps (Decentralized Applications).

Daniel has also been involved in the development of other systems like Steemit, a social media network running on the blockchain, and BitShares, a DEX service. In his tweet, Daniel added that as per the given figures, EOS was logging over 810 actions every second.

EOS Go Confirms

Interestingly, EOS GO, which is a fairly independent information source focused on EOS, confirmed that indeed the network’s processing power has increased, although it capped the figures at around 87 million actions as opposed to Daniel’s 70 million actions. EOS GO went ahead to post a link confirming its findings.

According to this data, EOS is logging over 1,000 actions per second, with pornhasbaby and eosio.token being the two most used smart contracts to run the logged transactions.

Data From Blocktivity: Right Or Wrong?

However, according to data reported by Blocktivity, the above-given figures may be overstated. Blocktivity is a website dedicated to tracking blockchain activity. In that sense, Blocktivity reports that over the past one week, EOS has recorded a daily average of around 21 million actions/operations.

On the other hand, EOS’s competitor, Tron, has recorded an average of about 1.4 million daily actions on its network. However, the authenticity of this data is yet to be confirmed.

More Upgrades

Still, EOS developers seem determined to keep coming up with new and better upgrades and additions to the system. Besides the increase in the network’s processing power, the team has also come up with a REX (Resource Exchange) that has its own native token.

However, the token is non-tradable outside the network and can only be used by network users to rent Network resources and CPU power from other users within the EOS network.

87,000,000 EOS Transactions for every second?
Or only 1,000 transactions?

This article is not understood if we are not patient by reading more details about EOS.

EOS has a very good system in its network, and EOS is getting stronger, and very good and has the potential for investment and EOS will become a stronger coin.

You can check all the data from "Data From Blocktivity":

It has been explained that the strength of EOS in the daily transaction is around 21,000,000 and this is a very far transaction value from TRON.
BTW, Tron is only able to conduct transactions every day around 1,400,000 transactions.

87,000,000 is only the transaction speed in the EOS GO application which is possible for transaction speed playing games.
And the 1000 transactions were real from EOS coins because I also read the articles above in detail. Cmiiw

It's just a game of time because I'm sure that with changes in transactions from EOS, it can optimize the demand for coins from EOS.
The OP also wrote below that there was the word "More Update", which indicates that EOS is still lacking for development and I am sure that EOS definitely has a closed card for future surprises.
