What I understand is you are asking how to withdraw your ETH token?
You will need a wallet which supports ERC20 tokens. Go to my https://myetherwallet.com (https://myetherwallet.com) (make sure only .com) and follow the steps to create your MEW. Watch this video for instruction.
Once you have a MEW then I guess you are ready to know how to withdraw you token. In this case follow the below video instruction.

You should try to watch more guidelines about how to withdraw ETH or other coin from wallet. Maybe you mean also is to exchange then withdraw.

OP's question was not specific so I had to find some general guideline for him/her

if you want to withdraw on eth, you must have a eth wallet tokken. Just register to this site www.myetherwallet.com
note: everytime you enter in that site always check the spelling or bookmark it

first you need to register the address of each token in MEW, put the gas and send it to the stock exchanges)
-
Very simple, just send your eth to your local exchange exchange with your local eth address, but I think this is always depends on what kind of service your local exchange has. So just watch them in YouTube.

You need to find one of the thousands exchange and try to withdraw out your ethereum in fiat

If you're talking about ERC-20 compatible token (which is based on Ethereum), you can withdraw yours to the exchangers/another wallet by using MEW: http://myetherwallet.com (make sure the domain & domain name is right, unless your private key will be stolen by scammers) and send your tokens to the other wallets.
But first, you need to check what tokens you have in your wallet, check them out at https://etherscan.io/address/[your wallet address] or https://ethplorer.io/address/[your wallet address]. From there, you'll find the token information (token's contract address, name, and decimals) that needed to be input in the MEW "add new token" before you can send your tokens.
Hope my answer helps :)
