Dans ce cas je te conseille Kucoin.com, OKEx ou Huobi (3 que j'aime beaucoup), il y aussi Bittrex et Bithumb et des tas d'autres mais à voir sur chacun selon les cryptos que tu veux avoir à disposition

Niveau terminologie un site qui regroupe plusieurs cryptos à acheter vendre = exchange. Un wallet est dédié à une crypto particulière. Du coup un exchange regroupe un ensemble de wallets en quelques sortes.
