Yes, the high cost ethereum platform makes many alternatives to avoid big losses and that's okay, because everyone wants to get the best from all sectors. so eventually many new projects are looking for that alternative with other platforms, although all are in the stage of looking for that alternative. However, changing the habits of the ethereum platform is not easy and takes a long time.

Ethereum and BNB do have some pretty stiff competition, but I think Ethereum will still have the upper hand for the next few years. And BNB could just take over Ethereum, because we all know BNB has a platform that is no less popular than the Ethereum platform.
