Like others, I too believe that no matter where Bitcoin price fall to, it can still and will still recover and reach a new ATH and I believe this can still happen in 2021 too.
For investing in Bitcoin now, we cannot really say whether it has reached the bottom or it might dip some more but we know we can experience -50% to -60% correction in the market from past history and Bitcoin has already done like -50% correction and investing now wouldn't really be a bad idea cos if there is still going to be a dip, that might not be much before a full recovery again.

actually bitcoin is currently very comfortable with price movements that are being carried out because I think the price is quite stable that can be done and indeed this price has remained consistent there for a long time.

Bitcoin if you want to reach the price of 60,000 USD it requires something good and the market cap must exceed the All Time High, nothing is impossible in cryptocurrency but the market also needs the right moment.
