I don't think it's possible to know the exact purchase price by the blockchain data alone, as btc/fiat transactions happen off-chain, and there's no way of showing if the transfer from one address to another was related to buy/sell transaction or to something else.

but all in all seeing this 97% meaning almost everyb bitcoin holder from 2021 are gaining now not talking about who started buying recently.
