As bitcoin is the first crypto that was out which also means that more focus will be on it and after eth come out crypto users get to know eth and what eth can do to benefit the crypto community either for long or short term bitcoin getting obsolete is just a matter of time.

Mainly because they don't really understand crypto and just want their investments to moon.  It's like all the people in the Tron telegram chat, every day Tron is hitting $1 or $20 in that chat and they think it's going to overtake everything including ethereum and bitcoin.  There's enough money in the world for all of these projects to succeed, it's illogical to want to other projects to fail or decline, but that's what people think it takes for their horse to win.
