Good thinking that makes me want to ask about the KYC Exchange and it seems like you misjudged the regulation of centralized Exchange!

Centralized exchange like Binance has regulations to protect users from security and privacy, as an example is KYC.
If Binance divulges KYC to the public and Satoshi Nakamoto in his identity is publicized then Binance's name as the biggest Exchange gets negative because it has been misused by KYC from Satoshi Nakamoto.
