So basically this "news" is just talking about Russia's preparation to draft a new law regarding what miners can do with their coins The sentiment doesn't change at all as far as my reading goes, maybe it is important to miners but do they have a choice to begin with if they mine from Russia? What do they do with their mined coins right now? Sounds like the government will prohibit them from using it inside the country, but won't ban or punish them if they use it for external/overseas payments. Will that change the mining industry in Russia, or will it just make the status quo legally acknowledged by the government?
