Title: Are NFTs Worth The Hype
Post by: Shezcute Abbie on March 12, 2024, 09:52:28 AM
I'm about exploring the sphere of NFTs and I genuinely want to ask a few questions.

Are NFTs really worth the hype? On what platform can collectors
buy, sell, and interact with premium 3D digital collectibles, comics and artworks in the virtual space?

Also, has anyone here used VeVe platform before?

IF you're new to NFTs, it's natural to have questions about their worth and where to engage with them. While NFTs have garnered significant attention and hype, their value ultimately depends on various factors such as rarity, demand, and utility. As for platforms, VeVe stands out as a leading destination for collectors to buy, sell, and interact with premium 3D digital collectibles, comics, and artworks in the virtual space. With its user-friendly interface and diverse range of offerings, it provides a seamless experience for enthusiasts to explore and engage with their favorite digital assets.

While I haven't personally used the Veve platform, I've heard positive feedback about its immersive digital collectibles ecosystem. What's particularly intriguing is that the project is gearing up to list its native token on Bitget exchange soon. This development not only highlights it's growing presence in the NFT space but also presents an exciting opportunity for users to further immerse themselves in the ecosystem. With the exchange's support, VeVe's native token listing could potentially unlock new avenues for growth and engagement within the vibrant NFT community.

Seems the nft is back. I'll check this. I remember holding some nfts on open sea and made losses. Since then I've faced other aspects in crypto like DEFI. Let's hope this momentum on nfts and Ecomi/verve stays..

Snip

You wrote a paragraph without saying anything, more writing a textbook without defining the questions that was been asked by the OP.

I believe there are genuine people who buy and sale NFTs but they are more dominated by wash trading. More like a single person trading the same gif and imaged just to attract customers. If indeed NFTS are that treasure, people that bought NFTS worth millions of dollars would have buyers, people that will be willing to buy less than your actual entry price but it doesn't attract buyers.

The only time NFTs get hype is when it's on the opensea and not sold yet by the buyer, the moment another person buy it from the original buyer, it become difficult to sale, it doesn't attract any buyer again until you join the gangs if hype and lies just to make them buy it from you. No attraction of buyers, most investors prefer coins they can buy and sale easily.

I don't completely get it at first but as time goes by, it seems it's just like Bitcoin for me with Gold as to NFTs to Artworks. It's like that and it could save a lot of space you know. I just think it would be the next generation in someway. Collecting it at a nice price before making the NFT mainstream could benefit you a lot.

Is this with VeChain? I have seen it before in some YouTuber's video, I'm not sure if it's exactly the on. Is it the one with the marvel NFTs?

NFTs are excited if they have fantastic value, and have unique criteria,
but so far I haven't found any NFTs that are amazing and make a difference to someone investing in NFTs

Well, that is one aspect of NFT business a collector has to contend. After some years on existence, we now know the realities facing the NFT market. In many cases, it would be so hard to sell most NFTs at a profitable price so sellers would just consider selling them at a loss. Unlike top coins and tokens where they can easily be converted to stablecoins in exchanges, with NFTs you have to wait for a buyer to get interested with what you are holding. As for me, I was a victim of hypes before with shitcoins and I don't want to add NFT to my failed portfolio. Anyway, this is just me, as certainly there can be many others who don't share my conviction on NFT and they can surely be the ready market just waiting to be aroused and open up their wallets for some NFT.

I don’t think that you should believe in NFT like coins, for the most part NFT is just ordinary garbage, I think that NFT is only good for bills (for example, such as NOT coins are now on high) or shares (there are a lot of them but they are distributed as a share in business or in ordinary words shares in virtual form), these are the types of NFT that I buy and will buy, all the others do not, because these are stupid pictures that have nothing but a picture.
