Hi everyone.
I deposited my BCH to bitfinex 3 hours before the deposits were suspended. However the transaction was going very slowly and
It has got 18 of 20 confirmations before the deadline time and 20 confirmations , 10 minutes later.
Whereas in Blockchain explorer the transaction is "confirmed", it's still labeled unconfirmed in my bitfinex wallet.
Please don't tell me that I'm an idiot :(
Is there any chance that the asset will be credited after some review ? I already contacted the support, they told me they would review and get back to me asap.

I think you have a distortion that is not quite right because maybe at that time was the hard fork for BCHN (Bitcoin Cash Node).
If I'm not mistaken BCHN (Bitcoin Cash Node) has just been done, because maybe you also wrote in this thread it's November 16th and now it's November 19th.
The possibility of this happening is when Bitfinex is recording Hardfork, a suspend deposit occurs and you deposit so that your BitcoinCash is stuck in the middle of the transaction.

^ all those who want to make BCH transactions are suspended because BCH forked but currently all exchanges and wallets have reopened BCH deposits/withdrawals because the fork has ended.

Indeed , I started the transaction 3 hour prior to that time and 5 hour before hard fork time.
The transaction had 18 confirmations , but hasn't been credited to my account. Even when the deposits\withdrawals were opened.
I contacted to support and wrote several emails and
After 3 weeks , today the coins were credited.
Telling the truth, I already accepted I had lost them forever .
Of course , I realize it was completely my fault.

You didn't take into account the required confirmation time before they get credited on centralized exchanges.
All exchanges that I know of require more confirmations for BCH deposits before they credit them and this is due to security reasons. Hacking or a 51% attack on the BCH chain is much easier because of the lower hash rate (compared to Bitcoin).
In some exchanges, 20 confirmations would be enough but, in case of Bitfinex, I read that they require 30 confirmations.

Indeed , Bitfinex required 20. (I made 18 of 20 by deadline time)
Whereas Kraken requires 15 and Binance requires only 2 confirmations before coins are credited.
However Binance doesn't allow to withdraw the equal amount of money before more confirmations are made. Very smart system
