I think a major correction in price of Bitcoin is coming soon. But if we talk about the long term price of bitcoin, it will hit 1,00,000$ soon. Because a major correction is very important to take another flight. Bitcoin price makes a All time high record 58400$. And for a few weeks now it has not been able to keep up with the price and is coming down.

You have mentioned all the top rated DEFI projects. But early holders get benefit from these projects. The value of these coins has skyrocketed. So, just be patience and wait to buy again these coins. I think these coins has pumped again when Bitcoin take some correction and ready to take another flight.

Bitcoin price is increasing day by day due to the adoption of the bitcoin. Before few days, Bitcoin market hits 1 Trillion$ market cap. It is a great achievement for the Bitcoin holders. Before some years, The price of Bitcoin is in cents. And now Bitcoin price made is ATH( All time high) record 58300$ in 2021.

You have collected the gems coins in your portfolio.
I think the Top 10 market capitalization coins are good for holding long term. But there are also some hidden gems whose price will blasting in future. such as julb, juld, cake etc.
These coins are new in crypto market but they are performing well now a days.

A very popular Proverb." Buy everyone is selling and sell when everyone is buying".
I have also set my selling goals but i keep in mind the resistance levels of the coin. Because sometimes it touches the resistance level and come back before reach to our target price. So, setting your target price near to the resistance level is a good strategy.
A good trader buy at dips and sells at peak level.
