Normally if you wan really gain am for airdrop you need to be constant, nah most of my friends they dey make nice funds for this space, like ice token one of my guy made $100+ free and e Still get some ice for the platform wey e never withdraw still. Even core airdrop people that mine gain am , one mined up to 20 core when it rose to the range of $3 guy made more $60+ . The thing is that any sure airdrop with nice community do am well . And most better airdrop you don't need anything like referrals to mine . So just dey do many and avoid anyone wey go relate to linking of wallet . Because if you go use wallet wey funds dey , run such airdrop dem go move your funds ooo . If do ALot of airdrops one.go or two or more go surely land .

Those that panic and sell whenever there's a falls in value, are mostly those who are in for short-term profits. So they would have to sell to cut losses and to prevent their funds from getting stuck ( have to wait till there's increase in price). While those that are in for long-term holding, won't be in panic instead they would take it as an opportunity to buy more bitcoin as the price drop , because they have already have the mindset of holding Bitcoin for long.

Mostly, panic sellers are people who are afraid of loss, which means that they make their investments thinking that they will earn profit and as soon as they see the market going down and their portfolio losing value, they can't control their emotions because they don't want to lose their money and they don't have enough knowledge to understand that the market will eventually go up again.

So it's mostly because of a lack of knowledge and understanding about the market. If a person knows that the market does correct itself and goes back up, they wouldn't panic and sell their assets out of the fear of losing their money.
Yes, because of experience and knowledge, they panic when they see prices going down. If they understand the habits and character of Bitcoin, they will be calm and wait because after a correction the market will rise again.
Exactly, with just the basic knowledge one can actually start accumulating Bitcoin, but still one need to learn more about Bitcoin as he or she continues their holding in order to understand and see the potential bitcoin possess. So that they can really understand that no matter the decreases In price, bitcoin would surely bounce back stronger with time . So there's no need for one to be panicking when holding the right asset

Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: Who is HODLing?
« on: April 12, 2024, 10:38:40 PM »

So if I may ask , who's still holding and who have sold their coin?

Let's have some discussion :D about HODLing.

I'm assuming that before the halving this is the right and the best time to Hodl and accumulate because the new all-time high will be set after the halving, so yes I'm still hodling and still accumulating, those who sold their coins only sold a small portion of their shares, and these are coins that you purchase more than a year or two and you just want to enjoy your profit.
Its feels good to enjoy your profit from time to time.
yeah eating the fruit of your labour is really good. Yeah this is pretty much the best time to keep holding a d accumulating expecially now when there's decrease in prices, so that one can secure a nice amount of Bitcoin in his portfolio for the upcoming bullish run . This is an opportunity one shouldn't miss, we just have to discipline ourselves Inorder to hodl.

General Discussion / Re: How can I be successful?
« on: April 12, 2024, 12:52:45 AM »
You being successful depends on you, most people are always finding easy ways and faster ways to earn and become successful, which is wrong. For instance there are alot of people are being successful, due to their investment they did back then expecially bitcoin investment, alot of people are at there who became successful through trading, alot of people are there who became successful through airdroping, and through other related ways in this space. What am trying to say is that anything you are doing worth doing well, give it your all in whatever that's earning you  some good amount of money aslong you know you are doing the right thing. And always try to be persistent with whatever you do. And as time goes on you will see yourself progressing and endup being successful.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Don't be in a Rush
« on: April 11, 2024, 08:59:04 PM »
Without knowledge both are risky whether its spot trading or future trading therefore focus first on Knowledge instead of earning. In future and spot trading you have to think wisely as random decisions and random selection can decreases your money.

If someone wants to be profitable then spot trading should be the starting point and for it knowledge is must and at start you must need a person that is expert in trading because for guidance. Also it is necessary that don't put step with huge money but you are newbie and you will more likely loss it so be careful and don't rush towards quick success.
Yeah, without any proper knowledge both spot trading and future trading are risky, I remember back then when was still new in trading , any slight drop in prices in market I will quickly sell thinking am helping myself by cutting losses . I did it  for some time , till I realised that with just making little losses constantly, due to cutting losses I endup losing a huge potion of my trading funds without even knowing in my spot trading. That's why having a good Risk management is very important it would help in minimising your losses and we all know that less losses = more wins = more profit .

Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: Who is HODLing?
« on: April 11, 2024, 08:35:41 PM »
It's good to say that i'm holding again from buying in 61k-ish after the dump happens last time with of course profit from holding too. I have my target but 100k is too much to hold for that it will take too much time before it happen. Well, the higher the price and the earlier it happens is the better for majority.
Do you know of a proverb that says ''a patient dog eats the fastest meat"? If you do, you will learn that being patient is the key factor in crypto, and no rush expectation for Bitcoin to reach an expected price tag because it will surely get that price someday

For the $100k price tag, I am certain that bitcoin will reach such a price before the end of the bull run. All you can to be patient and trust the movement of price. Don't be in a rush to withdraw your profits because of quicker gains. Who knows whether, before the end of the year, Bitcoin will reach or skyrocket above $100k.

I will advise you to sell some part of your Bitcoin any time you want to trade, and it shouldn't be all at once.
Patience does pay off but we do know that there are really that still cons that could make out that missed opportunity because of too much hold, not unless if you are holding Bitcoin or something a project that you do trust which does have potential on going for long term then its your choice but we should really be that also having that kind of consideration on making some selling
threshold because we know that market cant really be having that pumping state forever. There would really be corrections and there would really be a cycle on which means that
you should really be wise on taking up decisions on when you would really be taking up profits and making out some buyback later on.
Taking profit shoukd not be the problem if you have reached your bitcoin target. Anyone who have not reached his bitcoin target should not consider taking profit, and buy back. This is because it will not help your bitcoin investment grow fast and have that compounding profit that is likely the reason for hodli for long term. From history, we have seen that bitcoin prices increases overtime, which makes it not a wise idea to buy and sell and buy again, because the price that you bought before selling, will be very cheap, compared to the price that you will buy back. So why sell when bitcoin investment is the best assest can can give you the highest profit overtime.
That's true, those that haven't gotten far with his accummulation should remove he or her mind in anything related to withdrawing from their investment, with Such urge of always withdrawing such individual is only reducing the potential of that holding to bring out a better profits. Only those that have some good quantities may decide to take profit with selling all his holdings.

I think people who got rich with help of gambling, consider gambling as already completed achievement. Not many would like to complete that path again to achieve similar result. They have already finished the game, beat the system. Who would say it different, but few return, when majority are smart enough to make a better use of money they won. Chronical gamblers would only continue gambling, but they will never become rich. They will play or lose anything they have won same week.
well said, those that normally let their greed to get the best of them with the aim of wanting to make more through gambling, they may endup losing that gambling as given to them. So is better to stop and use the money to do something reasonable like opening a personal business that would serve as a good sources of income. That would generate more cash for them in a long run .

This is not the problem, but rather saying that trading is easy and everyone can earn thousands of dollars from it without a financial background or even knowledge of the basics of trading, and when it does not work, there are trading experts who can make thousands of dollars for you.
That's true , most time alot of people will just belike you buy when the price is low and sell when the price is high  as easy like that, without telling The individual the risk attached in trading expecially as an individual with no proper knowledge about it , such misleading as lead alot of people to the state of being rekt.

There is always an advice and they have always been an advice, the problem is that will the people involve embrace the advice? Even if they decide to embrace the advice on their own, will greed allow them? Most people that joins the trading bandwagon just because Peter my friend did it and was successful, I will also do it and be successful. Afterall, I am smarter than him. This is not all about smart, do you know how far Peter is ahead of you in knowledge of trading?
Exactly, back the I myself actually knew that greed would lead to losses but still let it get the best of me, but now I can manage my emotions when it comes to stuff like this after going through alot of losses caused by lack of emotional and risk management. Well as they say experience is the best teacher is experience and it endup teaching me well but in a strict way . That why as a newbie you have to learn from others, so that you can be able to learn from others mistakes, and this forum as made it easier for newbies to learn from knowledgeable individuals here.
But if it was future trading, the dip may endup triggering your liquidation and your trading cash may endup liquidated.
Future trading is very risky. The good traders are using 1x leverage or below. But some traders prefer to use high leverage, making the liquidation price of their trading asset to become closer to the market price and that is one of the reasons some traders are losing in trading. Even spot trading is not for everyone. There are some people that will trade spot and see themselves continue in losses. Holding can be better.
Most people that use higher leverages are those that don't have alot of trading funds, so inorder for them to make much or bigger profit quick they would let greed to get the best of them, which will lead them in using high leverages. That may endup getting them liquidated. While Someone that's financially stable can trade with a huge amount of money while using a leverage as low as ×1 , and would still endup with some good profit if the market move his way.

That's true spot trading is not fir everyone, a friend of mine back then was a spot trader , whom mostly trade all kind of altcoins and shitcoins. And at then he didn't have much knowledge about trading and at same time lacks the habit of always researching, so he will just go about trading all kinds of random coins and any time there's a slight dip in market he would quickly sell in losses due to panicky and he continues like that till he discovered that he was not progressing in his trading , so I managed to convince him ( because of the bullrun :)) into holding now and his holding is doing a good job for him in the profit aspects due to the recent surge in market in the past months.

so if you don't have good knowledge about trading please focus more on spot trading instead, because as time goes on your trading skills would increased with minimise risk
For people who have no enough knowledge in trading, I even suggest to learn first. No need to hurry for trading coins, it is a careless way to try luck in trading. Spot trading also requires sufficient knowledge, it is not for a zero knowledge people. But future trading is not for average traders, even if someone has sufficient knowledge, it is not recommended to try future trading. I think it is just for experienced or professional traders only.

Is true because going to future trading without any proper knowledge Is like one gambling with his money. Even some pro are Still finding it difficult.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Don't be in a Rush
« on: April 10, 2024, 08:26:39 PM »
Now and days alot of people have this mindset that trading is get rich quick scheme, which shouldn't be like that . I have seen alot of cases where newbies or individual with half-size knowledge about this space jumping into trading without any proper knowledge, some even go further starting with future trading, with the sole aim to make alot of profit fast .which is actually wrong , because you may endup making countless losses with such move .

so if you don't have good knowledge about trading please focus more on spot trading instead, because as time goes on your trading skills would increased with minimise risk . And also no matter the dip , aslong the coin you trading is well known and nice , it would surely recover from that dip and you may endup with good profit if you are patient enough. But if it was future trading, the dip may endup triggering your liquidation and your trading cash may endup liquidated.

Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling be a career?
« on: April 10, 2024, 04:13:07 PM »
It depends though, but I won't advice anyone that's not financially stable to take gambling as a career. Because such individual won't be able to keep up . Is better to have a well paying job either monthly or weekly than to take gambling as Career. Like for instance when You have a  good sources of income, he or she may choose to to takeout some percentage from their earnings as the money they  can afford to lose .

Awesome!! This actually a good news now have multiple of choice of image hosting sites including talking.com to use.  I'm going to do some editting right away in my post .

I thought he would reject it tho, but since he doesn’t have an issue with us using it here in attk I guess I can just scrap “imgbb” and start using talkimg because it’s easier to use than the rest.
lol all the others are still useful though, but honestly speaking I still prefer using talkimg because of it's simplicity also . But I still hope that this thread would be helpful to those that are going to migrate in this forum in the nearest future, with the sole aim of learning more about cryptocurrencies and how it works. But still thanks to you all because , you guys contribution actually made this thread to seems More helpful to those whom it may concern.
