More often than not, artists don’t get the recognition, credit, or the profits they deserve for their work. That’s where NFTs are a huge help. NFTs let artists engage directly with the fans and give them more control over their work. This being the case, intermediaries and third-parties are done away with, letting artists earn all the profits. Furthermore, smart contracts can be used to let artists earn royalties every time their art is resold on an NFT marketplace for digital collectibles. This makes NFT royalties extremely profitable to the artist.
