Bitcoin could be the best in everything but not to be used in gambling at the moment because of the exorbitant transaction fee, your transaction may take up more than enough time to process, so I believe the best coin to use  in gambling right now are stable coins such as USDT, Tron or other stable coins.

Bitcoin in crypto casinos commonly is accepted as one of the most popular payments. But commonly it has a high fee for transactions.
Besides Bitcoin, some people may also prefer some other cryptos that have lower fee transactions. Most of them are Litecoin, XRP, and also DOGE

For Doge I think it's best for gambling where shipping costs are not that expensive and the price of Doge itself is also quite friendly, for beginner crypto gamblers like me , but
I don't play to be focused on just trying from one platform to another

OP I think if you were to be specific, then it would have been a direct answer but however there are lots of coin out there which are very okay to use but when it comes to the areas of popularity, speed, accessibility and utility value coins fall into these categories which makes them unique in their own ways. Currently some of the coin are facing network congestion which is having a side effect on their transactions and activities with backlog of transactions to be confirmed. So for the now gamblers and casinos would prefer using coins that are less expensive in transaction fee with fast confirmation so they could receive their funds very fast and do whatever they want to do with it.

I am sure you all know Bitcoin's position among cryptocurrencies. Not only is it the largest crypto platform in the world by both market capitalization and coin value, but Bitcoin is also the original cryptocurrency that started it all. The price of Bitcoin has been swinging up and down all year, and some gamblers think if the price is so expensive it would be difficult to get profits.

I usually gamble by Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the best coin for me and trusted. I have lost faith in unique altcoins because I don't trust any other coin except bitcoin, altcoins disappear from the market and investors run away with wealth. Because I have been gambling for a long time, I usually gamble with Bitcoin. I basically made some income from gambling but I had losses in the beginning.

Apart from gambling which destroyed my family,economy and time, I also had to go through tears and struggle to raise my child alone.
Maybe I'm just guessing that a good coin that is widely circulated in gambling is a coin that has a lot of supply and has a large market cap, like the TRON coin and DOGE coin.

Most of the gambling sites have been updated a lot so now most of the currencies are available to be deposited in the gambling sites. Transferring Bitcoin and Ethereum to various gambling sites has become a matter of high transaction fees at the moment, so no gambler would want to transfer these two coins with such high transaction fees. However, even if gamblers do not transfer these two coins for gambling, they can use USDT or TRX because the transaction fees for using them are very low. Gambling is already very risky then again if one has to pay more amount of transaction fee to transfer the currency then it will not be comfortable for the gambler at all. So the gambler can use usdt or trx to manage his gambling.

Of course bitcoin is the best coin to gamble then when we come to altcoins it is Ethereum and Solana and Litecoin. These are the coins one can use to stake. And really the transaction fee of bitcoin is too much so for someone to use it to gamble for now is not possible. Therefore the other coin I mentioned can be used to gamble t this period of time. Or one can use fiat.

Now a days gambling is being very popular worldwide. And many people using cryptocurrency for gambling. Cryptocurrency is very easier then others digital currency for gambling. But not every casino accept those altcoins. XRP, dogecoin are not accepted by every casino definitey. Want quick and cheap transaction. I suggest to take a close look to USDT on Polygon. Accepted almost everywhere. Fees are around 5-10 cents. Minumum withdrawal fees are low also. And you wont lose much on a future convert either. Imho this is one of the best solutions right now.

Bitcoin is not best coins for gambling with my platform I used because higher fee withdrawal and better use altcoin with lower fees transaction, I know with bitcoin price potential in the future but gambling isn't platform for long term investment and winning the casino game withdraw it to be fiat. My platform casino acceptable with many kinds coins from XRP, TRX, ETH and LTC has lower fees transaction for withdrawing.
Some time bitcoin get problem with traffic withdrawal transaction and take longer time than using altcoin just few minutes or some time withdrawal process instant.

If I had to gamble using coins I would like to use Doge for my gambling activities. Choosing a coin is not just choosing the best coin on coinmarketcap for something like gambling but we also have to take fees into consideration. Our local wallets and exchanges supports Doge so for me it is best. The only problem is that were getting our funds freezed if funds came from gambling. So yeah not gonna try it. 😅
