Yes ripple has solved their problem.Many people hope that the price of Ripple will soon rise following the progress of Bitcoin at the crypto market.
Invest in ripple or not, it depends on the confidence of the fund owner. If they believe ripple will rise, investors will definitely buy it.

Ripple is still a coin that is still potential to buy, even though Ripple once had problems with the SEC, that is in the past. I also hold ripple although not much, because for altcoins I prefer buying ethereum and Solana

To be honest, for XRP or ripple I only invest for the short term, because I'm not that sure about these coins yet. there have been problems with the SEC. for the long term, I trust bitcoin and ethereum more. If I had to add more coins, I would choose BNB and Solana.

It's a normal decision. You should not do otherwise, the situation with the courts + SEC is too ambiguous. No matter what anyone says, the fact is the fact is the fact. At any minute, the SEC (at will), can shut down this campaign.

P.S. If you invest, do it not on the last funds + observing risk management. In case of abnormal situations, it will be less frustrating to say goodbye to your investment.

Ripple is a shitcoin as they say, I've heard alot of negative comments about Ripple, they say ripple is a scam coin because it's centralized and majority of the holders are from banks. What do you think? Should I trust Ripple?

Ripple(XRP) is one of the popular among the top coins.  Here Ripple(XRP) is the top coin and despite its huge popularity among people, XRP is not able to make a good position due to lack of skill and security of developers. I was once a user and investor of XRP coin but I still remain a user but not an investor. I held XRP for quite some time but I exited the investment as XRP did not show any increase in its price even though the unique coin increased its price a lot. I don't know if I made the right decision to come out but I was very upset at the pace they were going and I came out with regret. But I don't have much experience on whether XRP will make a good position in future.
