A few people have mentioned in videos that the OS effects the hash rate,  what is the best OS for mining Ethereum ?

OS = operating system :)

I think you can use Linux, and you can join ICO and by some BERG token from BergmannOS. That is the best Linux-based OS for mining, which can raise your crypto profit up to 15%.

The best OS on mining is Windows 10 then off all the privacy on settings so the mining will make faster and no lag its making the internet fast

I use Windows 10 on all my rigs. But if you plan to stick more than 8 video cards into one rig, you will have to install Linux and understand its configuration.

Use laptop for mining? I don't think it is good sidea for your laptop. For mining, you need a strong machine and efficient heat dissipation system. PC will be better on laptops, I think laptops should only be used for forge Pö tokens.
