Tron is Now the Undisputed Leader in the Number of Transactions Per New DataLight Metrics

Tron has been making a lot of headway when it comes to the speed and numbers on its blockchains. Now, it has officially become the leader when it comes to the number of transactions, as reported by cryptocurrency data analytics platform, DataLight.
DataLight recently added Tron and Neo blockchain to its interactive platform along with Bitcoin and Ethereum. It took to Twitter to share the latest stats which gives Tron, the status of undisputed leader in transactions.
It further stated that Tron took only about 2 months to overtake the leading cryptocurrency in the race of transactions count. While, in order to beat its biggest competitor, it took four months for Tron to outperform Ethereum’s transaction count.

As shown in the graph, Tron’s number exceeds Ethereum to a great degree. Recently, Tron Foundation also reported another milestone achieved by Tron in the form of surpassing 4.27 million total transactions, on March 26.
This has been an all-time high of Tron which broke the previous record of 3.56 million number for transactions on January 16, 2019. Along with a surge in attractions, Tron registered a growth in the new users climbing to an all-time high here as well, reaching 2.25 million users.
The rise in transactions can be attributed to these new users as in just a day, the number of users increased by over 15k.
Meanwhile, in comparison, the second-largest blockchain, Ethereum has recorded its all-time high of about 1.35 million transactions in January 2019 and has come down to 625k, at press time. Similarly, the total number of users fell down from 355,726 to just above 106k.
The developments are ongoing, however, it is not having much effect on the TRX price. At the time of writing, the 11th largest cryptocurrency by market cap has been trading at $$0.023 with 24-hours gains of just 0.22 percent.
