As ALTS token is an ERC20 token you need an ERC20 compatible wallet.
Examples of ERC20 wallets are: My ether wallet, Myst and Metamask.

you'll need many points to withdraw it and have a myetherwallet or metamask so you can withdraw you points as a alts token.

You need almost 1000 points for request a withdraw.

Yes its safe my friend told me about that too and after he got money and withdraw in metamask no worries.

100%  yes! But please avoid phishing site. Better to bookmark myetherwallet so that you can not.log in in the sites made by the hijackers.

You can exchange your points to altscoin and also take note that every 10 points is equal to 1alts token and now for you to be able to withdraw you need to have at least 1000points

I think the best way to do to your points right now is by reserving it. And if the amount of your points is large and you really need it then use  wallet that you prefer to use.
