Eth transaction is not very good
It is too lenghy and takes much time and also required to fill gas details and all when we transfer it.

There was a news about the transition of Ethereum from POW (Proof-Of-Work) to POS (Proof-Of-Stake).
https://www.coindesk.com/ethereums-big-switch-the-new-roadmap-to-proof-of-stake/
According to this https://blockexplorer.com/news/ethereum-launches-casper-testnet-paving-way-proof-stake/. They have already run the test net of Casper, which is a POS consensus algorithm.
and here are the FAQs from ethereum github. https://github.com/ethereum/wiki/wiki/Proof-of-Stake-FAQ

Well, i don't see much problem with ethereum transactions and besides ethereum has left a great legacy. Imagine the Ethereum blockchain hosting this numerous tokens. One thing we can talk of is with the gas, perhaps the gas should be taken from the token being traded and not the ethereum on the wallet. Aside this, i see ethereum to be in much perfect operation.
