I am not a trading observer, but I can read the chart a little even though I am not professional,
when I try to draw the BTC trend up line, I see the BTC price going to 20,000 again and will break through the ATH,
it's just time I can't be sure because it's all back on the market,
but certainly, I'm sure BTC will rise to 20,000 USD.

Everything is possible, because when the cryptocurrency market grew a couple of days ago, it was clear that manipulators can easily raise the cryptocurrency market and also bitcoin price till 20k$, but they just don’t want to do it for some reason.

the possibility of that is not guaranteed due to the some facts we shouldn't really expect Bitcoin to reach 10000$ by the end of 2019

I think in trading all charts signifies a positive direction or up way. Why? Let say its go down again, later on the price will go back if.it reaches.0 value, the only direction it can go is up. Whatever happens. So I think the 20k ATH is possible as well. Not unlike it will go down and loses value which is quite.impossible.

In the long run, Bitcoin is expected to set an all-time high in the coming years. at a price of 20K $ it is legitimate because all hope so too and industry experts also say that digital gold can be a store of value such as yellow metal, gold, in the future. Undoubtedly, in many aspects digital currencies are better than gold in terms of being shared, sensor resistant, verifiable, portable and rare.
