Title: Guess what percentage of BTC the top 1% hold?

I think this is a a guess at this stage, but I have seen figures putting it at 96-99%.

You are in the top one one-hundredth of a percent of people. ..... that only a small segment of the population will ever hold bitcoin you think the ...... I'll happily grant that you know their bit coin balances down to the last satoshi.

Bitcoin will continue to survive at any time when there are people who want to buy it.
No matter how much the price is but Bitcoin will continue to survive, because there are so many Stock exchanges with Bitcoin to trade.
