Taking out time to really consider how immersed I have been in blockchain technology over the past few years, I can conclude that it was the fact that this technology was intended to offer me an alternative means of exchange and store of value which is absolutely secure and absolutely private that really did pull my attention.
As my understanding of this technology was expanding, I began to ask myself some critical questions which made me doubt the key ethos of blockchain technology which is "Privacy". At this point did i begin to truly see how the word "Privacy" was simply a fallacy intended to pull people into the cryptosphere. A major point lies in the fact that almost all startups require investors to part with sensitive information in order to have access to their platforms, which should not be so. I really did think long and hard about this issue but I could not come up with a valid theory on how we can combat this plague.
Recently, I was privileged to stumble upon a project while checking out announcements on bitcointalk. This project goes by the name VEIL and it is intended to redefine privacy within the cryptosphere to the point where your IP address is also untraceable.
I really do believe that Veil has the potential to renew the key ethos of blockchain technology which is privacy. You can get further information on the project by visiting the Official Website (https:// veil-project .com/)
