Some accounts have already been busted for being an alt account but this method doesn't seem to deter these bounty frauds since they can always create another account. I'm not sure if it's allowed to post but should we create a thread posting social media accounts used by known bounty cheaters? I think it is harder to build up a new social media account with thousands of friends/followers.
It may also serve as a reference for bounty teams and community.

I think it is great idea. I fully agree with that.

Voted yes but only if the list is exclusive to bounty managers/teams. It's useless if it's open since anyone can simply change their usernames if they see their account on the list. I'm not sure though how will the community contribute to the list if it will be exclusive.

Well that scenario could actually happen also. It can easily be done on Twitter but I am not sure about Facebook (I believe they've change some of their policies and made it harder to change or create new account).
I saw the other day that Amazix has their own public list of banned forum and social media accounts. I think that can also be done here.

Just try it first, everything will be seen if it's done.

I think create the thread in Decentralized Team forum, along with the other report threads. The bounty hunters are unlikely to find it there in my opinion, while it will serve as a reference for this forum as well as bounty managers. They can't create new social media profiles with followers & friends that quickly anyway.
I say go for it.
Edit: Isn't the Report Multiaccounts (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=97966.0) thread intended for this already?

I still believe that the list with bounty cheaters is very good idea. I don't know where to publish it and also who can edit it, but when I verify the bounty (legit or not) I can send bounty manager this list of bounty cheaters.
-
it is a good idea and in my oppinion should include all data available concerning the cheaters (username, social accounts, MEW account, etc)
This will not stop these parasites, but will give them a lot of additional trouble, maybe cheating can be turned into something not worth
I think it should be public in name of transparency and to avoid misunderstandings (imagine you unfairly input someone on the list, he should be able to defend himself if he wants)
Who will be able to edit the sheet? it needs to be more than one person, but restricted to a few...

What I'm thinking is a list which includes those reported in that section and reported in other forums. There's a good chance that those in other forums are also here.

Good point.

I was only thinking of a local thread here not a spreadsheet when I posted this.
We have a BM lounge here, perhaps editing rights could be given to them if ever a spreadsheet will be published.

since we introduced the kyc verified badge and made the ranking up harder
i think we should no longer worry about duplicates much
we simply need to get as many as possible to be kyc verified then pitch the bounties to focus on kyc verified

One thing we should know is that no ideal is a waste if is implemented immediately there must be a try in endorsing new ideal to know weather it will work here because it has to do everybody not for one person for me I like the ideal.

I agree with your thoughts. It's easier to minimize cheating in holding bounties with threads with their social media accounts. Maybe, for example, they have to add their alt account to bounty hunter social media
