With our new ranking system in place, we wish to keep the reporting function only for serious cases:
like spam & scam
Thus for the below cases, please do not click report post anymore:
Short replies: because the rank system does not rely only on post count. No longer report short replies.

Off topic replies: as users are able to self-manage topics with specific membership groups (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=14162.0).
