Is there any crypto exchange which offers deposit bonus?

Such exchanges I've ever seen. As a rule of the exchange differ by the Commission at the conclusion of tokens, somewhere it is less somewhere it is more.If you speak for bonuses, many exchanges conduct airdrops and bounty programs.For example at the moment of the exchange Coinhi and OOOBtc.

Not sure if there is an exchange with deposit bonus, I only see that kind of bonus in gambling sites, and fee discount is good for the long term trader which will definitely saves you a lot of trading fee in the long run.
