Title: swap coins sometimes hurt the passive investor
Post by: ayatoslaw on May 03, 2019, 09:25:49 AM
I sometimes don't like coins that swap, because it is very detrimental to passive investors,
and I have experienced it, I am one of the passive investors, I mean, rarely do I update coins,
and I have lost my precious coins because I did not take part in swaps, and my coins are in the wallet, quite detrimental. and after that event I every week or once a month updates news or developments from the coins that I hold.
I hope the experience will not be experienced by other investors.

I had a fair share of unswapped and now useless tokens but I do not really consider it as detrimental. Teams usually announce the swap in advance and it's usually done months prior to the event in all their social media channels and even email.

I will always get updated information from subscribing to emails and joining the telegram announcement channel.
There are many things I miss if I ignore the news from every token that I have.
The importance of communicating via telegram with the team made me better understand the progress of the project objectives, such as changes to the Roadmap, list of exchanges and the latest project partners.
