People have been hearing Dash but doesn't know what it is. Please what do you about DASH.

I don't know about dash so I know with dash is also competing with other leading coins and dash have potential in near future.

Dash (Digital Cash) is an open source peer-to-peer cryptocurrency with a strong focus on the payments industry. Based on the Bitcoin project, Dash aims to be the most user friendly and scalable payments system in the world.
In addition to Bitcoin's feature set, Dash offers instant transactions (InstantSend), private transactions (PrivateSend) and operates a self-governing and self-funding model that enables the Dash network to pay individuals and businesses for work that adds value to the network. This decentralized governance and budgeting system makes it one of the first decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO).
Development is currently focussed on improving access for non-technical users: enabling payment of contacts by name rather than cryptographic addresses, and single-click purchases from websites or mobile apps without a central authority.

In summary, Dash is unlike other cryptocurrency projects like Ethereum or Stratis which are more of a development platform.
Dash advocates itself as peer-to-peer decentralized electronic cash. It intends to be as liquid as real cash which we use in our respective countries like USD/GBP/EUR/INR or CNY.
Dash is built upon Bitcoin’s core code with the addition of new features (such as privacy and quick transactions). Thank you
