Well the thing is that, people are now wary of the type of icos they put their investments into, people now take time to scrutinize every ico , analyze the strengths of the project, wht they have to offer and how realistic it is
You can't expect me to invest in a project that says it wants to start building mansions on mars using blockchain technology you know.
I know projects that did ico and ended the ico in just few seconds example including contents protocol (cpt)
Whereas there have been other projects that didn't do ico and till today they are waxing strong e.g veil
I believe its just really about that the project has to offer or solve
